- 2cupsmayonnaise
- 1/2cupgrated carrotuse the large grating holes
- 1/3cupgrated sweet yellow onion
- 2tbspsugar
- 1tspsalt
- 1tspground pepper

In a large mixing bowl mix all of the ingredients, except the cold pasta, until they are well incorporated.
